My Story
I began my career as an Ayurvedic doctor. The work mattered, but the pace didn’t: quick consults, a prescription, onto the next. I kept noticing that what people really wanted was time—room to be heard, to name the real thing under the symptoms.
What I loved most was holding space, listening to the story inside the story, and offering simple tools to meet life with steadiness. That’s what led me back to school for a Master’s in Clinical Professional Counseling and, ultimately, into coaching.
Still Space is where those threads meet. My niche is stillness: helping you slow down enough to sense what’s true—body, mind, and spirit—and then make one compassionate move at a time. We’ll work at the intersection of the mundane (calendars, boundaries, habits) and the spiritual (meaning, values, presence). It’s practical and soulful, never overwhelming.
Sessions are fully virtual and paced to your energy. I don’t tell you who to be; I help you hear yourself and build a life that fits from the inside out.
